Athletic Testing Day February 6th, 2010

The Physical Performance Center at Gaston Rehab Associates, Inc. in Gastonia is hosting its Annual Athletic Testing Day Saturday February 6th, 2010.

Time: 11 am to 1 pm

Where: 1361-B East Garrison Blvd  Gastonia, NC 28054

Cost: $20 pre-register before February 4th; $25 day of event (call for group pricing)

Testing includes: Vertical Jump, Hang Clean, Pro-Agility Run, and 10 yard sprint

Who should be tested: Any athlete who wants to improve their performance and get more results out of their training

Gaston Rehab Associates and The Physical Performance Center have formed a strategic partnership with Total Nutrition Technologies.  They are experts in nutriton and healthy lifestyle management and their services are now being offered to our clients in Gaston and Iredell Counties.

New in 2009/2010 School Year:  High School Athlete of the Week

The Physical Performance Center at Gaston Rehab Associates is excited to announce that in partnership with the Gaston Gazette and the Statesville Record and Landmark we will be sponsoring the High School Athlete of the Week program for the upcoming 2009/2010 school year.

This program is open to any and all high school varsity athletes in Gaston and Iredell County. Coaches, Athletic Directors and parents can feel free to submit their athletes names to either the sports department at the Gaston Gazette or Statesville Record and Landmark respectively. One athlete will be chosen each week during the school year by the sports staff at the respective newspapers and each will receive an "Athlete of the Week" T-shirt and certificate honoring their accomplishment.
